Dr. Albert Hazan, MD

My grandfather, Arif Mammadov, had two cataract surgeries with Dr. Hazan and was very impressed with how caring, knowledgeable, and professional he had been! Both surgeries went amazingly well, and Dr. Hazan did a fantastic job with post-surgery monitoring and care. We are so grateful to him for all his help!

I had an emergency. I was diagnosed by my optometrist with shingles in my eye and needed me to be seen by an ophthalmologist. She called Dr. Hazons office and they took me in immediately. It was a holiday and they had a packed office and still took me Dr. Hazon was very pleasant easy to talk to and made me feel so much better. I recommend this office to anyone unfortunately I read they’re not taking new patients but if you can’t get an appointment there, you’ll be very satisfied.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to Dr. Albert Hazan for excellently performing cataract surgery on both of my eyes. My case was quite complex and he did an outstanding job. I have no complications and my eyesight is now perfect.He isn't only professional and an excellent doctor, but he truly cares about the health and well-being of his patients.Further, all of the supporting personnel and nurses at Dr. Hazan's office were wonderful and very helpful.I would highly recommend Dr. Hazan to anyone who has serious vision problems.

A+ for dr. Hazan. Very attentive doctor. Patiently explain everything that he will do or should do. Very friendly staff and assistants. Waiting time should be more organize-always need to wait in line.

I felt pressure in my left eye which I have never experienced before, so I was quite nervous. I was able to get an appointment the next day. He has a great demeanor (and sense of humor). He made me feel very comfortable with my diagnosis. He ended up giving me a prescription (which helped). He also followed up with me the next day to check in with me, which is a nice touch and was very appreciated.

Amazing experience from start to finish! Dr Hazan and the staff were able to quickly diagnose my issue and a few days after some drops I was as good as new!

Great bedside manner. Felt comfortable with him the entire time. I’m usually very nervous with doctors in general but he was great!

I would'nt recommending anyone to him. I was schedule for surgery on 4/7/17. He nor his staff have the decency to contact me to cancel. I found out a day before my surgery that he needed an attended to assist him. Why schedule me if you knew you needed a attended. Just a waste of my time.
