“I was beyond impressed with my experience at Dr. Albert Shalomov’s office. Dr. Shalomov is a Gastro specialist in Queens, NY. My first contact was with Betty and I was completely blown away by how helpful and kind she was and how fast she was at getting back to me! A lot of doctors don’t realize how important it is to have an administration like Betty & the rest of your staff. The first point of contact is crucial! As far as the actual appointment…my appointment ran on time, Dr. Shalomov introduced himself and proceeded to ask me certain questions referencing my complaint, it was quite obvious that he had thoroughly read the medical information I provided ahead of time. If you ever have had had to tell your story three times over, because the paperwork you fill out is generally for insurance and patient responsibility of payment, you can understand what it is I am emphasizing here. I would highly recommend Dr. Shalomov! Also, CHEERS to your great staff!

Best Gastro in New York City Hands Down! Highly recommend going to see him. His bed side manner can not be beat. He always listens and works with you as a patient to make you feel comfortable with your treatment.

saw dr shalomov for the first time yesterday (for a second opinion). As soon as I walked in to the office I was greeted by very sweet staff. They were very helpful and professional. The wait was very short. Meeting dr. Albert shalomov was very pleasant. He seems very knowledgeable and very thorough. He Made me feel very comfortable and put me at ease. I'm glad I ended up going to see him. Looking forward to my procedure next week.

I love dr. Shamolov, every visit with him is very satisfying. He never rushes me out the door. And the endoscopy center he does his procedures at is great. Thanks dr. For helping me with my symptoms. I always highly recommend him to all my friends and family.

Seen dr. Shalomov a few times. He never rushes. Always listens to all my concerns. He is a Very compassionate dr. Makes me comfortable especially at procedure times. He has truly helped me. Highly recommend him to all my friends and family members.

I would recommend Dr. Shalomov to my friends and family... He is kind...he listens ...he explain things...he takes TIME to talk to you... he calls back in case you have a question or a concern. I wish more doctors were like him. The ladies working with are kind too and sweet.

Dr.Shalomov did my endoscopy for my gastric sleeve clearance and he was so nice made me feel relaxed/comfortable also he's team he has is amazing aswell as his staff he's the best !!
