Incredible
I saw Dr. Laureano about a chronic sinus issue and allergies. He has performed my second sinus surgery (correcting the first doctors mistakes) and removed my tonsils when I was 40 yrs old. The work he has done on me and the continued care for allergy shots has improved my quality of life more than I can express. This man has been a Godsend.

Poor Communication
Scheduling for procedures is horrible. There is little to no communication and what you do get is incorrect. I went in as a referral for thyroid surgery and I have had no treatment for what I was referred for. But I have had a crap ton of tests to find out I have allergies (I already knew that).

I saw Dr. Laureano over 20 years ago for long term chronic sinus issues. I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable about my condition. He explained what we would do and was 100% correct with everything he said. 23 years later, I have yet to deal with sinus issues again.

Dr. Laureano (and everyone in the office) was quick, thorough, and very compassionate and understanding! I did not have to wait more than 5-10 minutes for anything! I have had a sinus infection then bronchitis cycle going on for almost 9 weeks now. I was able to get a CT scan and diagnosis the first visit. I am sure sometimes they are too busy or a situation is too complicated to diagnose in one day but I am so thankful they did so I would not have to miss any more work than I have been or have to. I could not be happier or in better hands for my upcoming surgery. Dr. Laureano is wonderful and so is the entire staff! Find out for yourself and give them a chance! You will not regret it!

The poor rating with Dr. Laureano has nothing to do with his performance as a doctor. The review is focused on the extremely poor communication and service with surgery scheduling and billing. Payments and billing is very misleading and I received a bill after surgery that doubled my cost. I was told before surgery that the dollar amount I owed would be the final amount but after surgery I received a bill that almost doubled my total cost. The scheduling and payments people lied to me.

My experience with Dr. Laureano was terrible. I would not recommend him to anyone. My purpose in going to him was because I am hearing-impaired and need hearing aids. One of the first questions he asked me was if I snored. When I answered, yes, sometimes, his main focus turned to signing me up for his Sleep Study. I told him that I was not interested, that I just needed help with hearing. He then began to act very rude and left the exam room.
