I wish zero stars were an option. I Completely agree with the other review. He goes based on whatever the nurses say he doesn’t even take the time to do a proper assessment. He tries to send patients to hospice when not even the patients Dr. has even thought about that. He gives recommendations that are irrelevant to the patient. It seems he got his degree from a cereal box. He assesses everyone the same. It’s like he doesn't want to deal with the patients of or the family especially if you don’t agree with him. To me it’s just strange that when he’s the one covering for the other doctors all of a sudden the patients are terminal and there’s not much that can be done for them. He’s definitely having a field day during this pandemic that the families can’t be there taking care of their family members. Maybe we should all get together and demand Providence to do something about this because I’m honestly considering taking legal matters.

Horrible doctor, as his reputation from California follows him. He does not take the time to listen to the patient, since he develops preconceived notions in his head without taking the time to try and comprehend the symptoms at hand. He is in this "I'm the doctor I know it all" state, which is truly damaging to the patient. I have no idea why he is even allowed to be a hospitalist in El Paso, TX. According to workers in the hospital he is simply arrogant and has done so many terrible things, I can attest to that as well. Whatever you do stay away from him and Sierra Providence in Far East El Paso.
