not sure why staff tells me they don't accept my insurance when Dr Rivera-Rodriguez is clearly on the list in our booklet. they won't allow me to pay, then be reimbursed telling us since we have insurance we must use that, but the staff tells us they don't accept my insurance.

Dr Rivera is a doctor who truly listens to his patients. He walks you out when the visit is complete. I know this may seem like a small thing, however, many doctors don't take the time to go the extra mile. Dr. Rivera is a skilled physician with a caring heart.

Dr. Rivera is a caring, professional, who is up-to-date on current therapies and is also a kind and gentlemanly individual. He never rushed me or makes me feel as though I am taking too much of his timr, which is good, as he is my GO as well as my rheumatologist. I started seeing him when my prior doctor moved to another state. I was prepared to be disappointed, as she had been treating me for 9 years and we had become close, but I have been very happy with Dr. Rivera over the past 4 years.
