Dr. Aleksandr Kravtsov, MD

We had an incredibly disappointing and shady experience with Dr. Aleksandr Kravtsov’s office. My husband and I, expecting a baby in early September, chose Dr. Kravtsov as our delivery doctor. No one told us his September schedule was fully booked until we showed up for an appointment, expecting to discuss our delivery plan. Instead, we were informed there was no availability—something they conveniently failed to mention when scheduling. When I complained, they claimed they’d told us the schedule was booked but said we could ‘come anyway and speak to the doctor.’ What’s the point of that? We were still charged for this pointless visit and slapped with a $200 copayment. I tried disputing it with the office manager, Olga, but she was dismissive and unhelpful. It feels like a scam—they lure you in, charge you for nothing, and dodge accountability. Avoid this practice unless you want to waste your time and money.

Dr. Kravtsov is an amazing doctor who cares about his patients with his heart. He is very professional and I am really proud to be one of his loyal patients. He is the greatest doctor I have ever seen.

Stay away from this doctor. Awful bedside manners. Failed to explain the results of sonogram. Alarmed the patient (pregnant patient) to the point of emotional breakdown. two second opinions obtained a week later proved he was wrong, ignorant and unprofessional

Insurance company directed us to get a simple prescription for blood work from a separate doctor because primary was adverse to shipping it. Refused to do so for the simple reason he was not the primary. Description of what was needed provided in advance so juse wasted our time.
