Very bad experience they are unprofessional have no respect for people, they confirmed the appointment the day before 4 pm when I arrived they made me fill a few forms with all my information and they asked me for the order and the insurance card and they told me to wait, 5 more minutes later they told me they're not doing the MRI because the machine is damaged, when I ask because why they didn't warn me before , they just replied that they didn’t know, the truth is that I don't know how places like this are still in business total disrespect to patients

This review is for Dr. Alonso's other business Life Radiology. I am leaving a poor review because he is the president/owner of the facility and unfortunately he and his wife Ivon employed incompetent staff to deliver negligent customer service to patients and their families. They have been opened for one year and when you call the center, they answer as Doral Radiology. Very strange indeed. Do not bother scheduling an appointment there. Negligent customer service all around!

This Dr is the president/owner of the imaging facility, Life Radiology in Doral. They have been opened for one year and when you call the center, they answer as Doral Radiology. Very strange indeed. Do not bother scheduling an appointment there. If you have time to waste and enjoy mediocre customer service with a touch of arrogance, then by all means go there. My mother had by far the worst experience here and the tech did not care that she was elderly and disabled. Horrible all around!
