My skin seems to be permanently ruined
Dr Carcamo's liquid nitrogen application left a long dark scar which has not improved after a year. Then, his peel left my skin rough and bumpy. He wouldn't listen to my report and then became visibly angry while he was doing the freezing. I think that is why he injured me. I told him that I was suffering from lots of scar tissue inside my cheeks from a photo therapy treatment some years ago. He said that he had developed the treatment and then became angry. It was then that I was injured by Dr carcamo.

Do not go to this person unless you want to be yelled at because Alex Carcamo does not like being questioned or told the patient wants to consult with other primary doctors due to patient’s unstable health status to decide on what treatment to do. He’s very prideful. Every visit he talks so much about himself or other irrelevant topics you can’t get a word in. This visit he made a scene by yelling & slamming the door in front of his staff & another patient. He has anger issues. He doesn’t care if the patient is not well. This visit made me upset & uncomfortable instilling more stress to my health situation.

I have never left an online review for a doctor before but I felt I had to warn people.. only go to him if you enjoy being condescended to, not listened to, being upsold expensive face cream first thing (before having had a chance to discuss your concerns!), and hearing him boast about where he went to school (did you know he went to Harvard?). He ordered blood tests and never mentioned it included a pregnancy test. Never called or let me know the results were back... I had to ask for them myself on my next visit a month later - the office didn't even have the results in my chart. They had to call the lab then. Also he never called in the medication that was supposed to be prescribed after the bloodwork.. luckily I still had a prescription from my former dermatologist who unfortunately has left the practice. I will 100% be finding a new dermatologist even if I have to drive 30 minutes. It was intolerable being in his presence. He also said things like "my passion is beautiful women wit
