Dr. Alex Grilli, MD

My first visit ever with Dr. Grilli as a referral from my Primary Care Provider Office and could not let this opportunity go to express my pleasure and 100% satisfaction with everything and everyone I came in contact during my visit. Dr. Grilli spent sufficient time to explain and prescribe what he felt was needed after audio exam.

This is a doctor whose persona radiates care, attention, respect, competence, professionalism, and more.

I saw Dr Grilli concerning nasal issues. He performed a thorough exam along with a detailed explanation which resulted in deviated septum surgery. The surgery went very well. I would recommend Dr Grilli for his expertise, professionalism, and overall bedside manner.

I visited Dr. Grilli’s office for a new patient consult regarding some ear issues that I’ve been dealing with. When I entered his office (which was 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment time), I was given a considerable amount of paperwork to fill out. Little did I know, I’d spend more time filling out the new patient paperwork (it took me about 15-20 minutes) than discussing my ear condition with the physician. After completing my audiogram, I was directed to a treatment room to meet with Dr. Grilli. When he met with me, the entire experience felt rushed (especially for a new patient consult) and the whole discussion with him lasted 5 to 7 minutes. It also felt as if he already knew what he was going to say to me before walking into the room without even examining me because he began discussing how he was going to treat me before he even examined me or had a discussion with me about my condition. I believe that he needs to focus on spending more time listening to his patients.

Saw Dr. Grilli this morning, for the first time. He was very easy to talk to, took time to answer all my questions, he carefully explained each step of the examination procedure and recommendations for further treatment. His Office staff was also personable and professional.

Dr. Grilli and his team have treated my son for 5 years and they have done an awesome job. I now have an issue and will be going to him. As a nurse with 34 years of experience I hold his and that of his team professionalism in a very high regard.

Dr. Grilli did an absolute horrendous job on my Septoplasty/deviated septum surgery. He made the drip and septum worse. I went to a 2nd surgeon and he confirmed with a CT scan that Dr. Grilli did "an awful job" on my septum. I was soo depressed because after the surgery I was constantly swallowing nasal drip and my breath was disgusting. I was even having suicidal thoughts it was so bad. I was considering a law suit but decided to just move on. Thank god the 2nd surgeon did a great job and I am breathing much better and the drip has subsided.

Dr Grilli is exceptional. He communicates well and is easy to talk to. I feel very confident being under his care. The office staff was very helpful in getting me in early due to a cancellation. His nurse, Denise , was wonderful .
