On Friday, October 11, 2024. He walked out, left me sitting in his treatment room. Told me to find another doctor. Extremely rude and disrespectful behavior. His office had my address incorrect.

POOR BEDSIDE MANNER
HORRIBLE. This doctor is just rude. I had three incidents with the front staff regarding my appointments and lack of communication. I decided I wanted to share the incidents with the doctor so that perhaps could intervene or lead me to who I needed to contact. Instead Dr. Mattia ignored everything I said and did not offer any type of resolution. Instead he looked at me and said 'have a nice day' and walked out. He needs to work on his bedside manner if he plans to stay in this field. I am totally disgusted with the way I was treated by him.

After 3 1/2 months of treatment and no relief, no answers and complete disrespect from Dr. Mattia and his team I sought a third opinion. Dr Mattia has good form but no follow up. The front office beyond sucks, very unprofessional, and they don’t speak or smile or have any courtesy when you enter the office. His office is extremely outdated, with ripped furniture and lots of dust and old tools. The foot model he uses to explain injuries doesn’t even have all its bones, a huge turn off and has made me want to change to another office each time I sit in one and wait for the doctor. He waited several months before requesting an MRI and then once he did, he failed to enter the clinical notes & the MRI was canceled, he then decided to call me and place the blame on another office rather than excepting the fact that he dropped the ball. After getting a third opinion, a tumor was found in my foot!! He never even examined both feet to see what they normally look like. He definitely dropped the ball. I saw him once a month for three months and not one time did he mention or suspect or thoroughly examine my feet.
