I had lithotripsy done to break up a stone. She did not send me home with ANY pain meds nor did she prescribe Flowmax to help the stones pass. I went to the ER twice in 3 days trying to pass 3 separate stones... I called her 4 times telling her of my situation. No call back, obviously didn't care about my well being. And now I have two large ER bills and went through the most traumatic event imaginable. Worst week of my life..

Does not take issues seriously!
I would never recommend this doctor. First of all trying to get in when you have an issue is impossible! Supposedly she is booked out months in advance so you are told to just go to emergency room! The emergency room referred me to UCI and I was seen that same day by a great doctor named Dr Daniel Dwikka. I recommend going to UCI they will take care of you immediately!

If I could give her a zero I would. My husband went in with excessive bleeding in the urine for five days, and she was abrupt didn’t ask any questions, just stuck a catheter in and left the room. Didn’t even instruct the use or care of the catheter. No nurse came in , he just left. Went to another desk to get info about scheduling tests, which they will call him in a day or two to schedule. This office is cold . We will look for another urologist for future care.His regular dr. Is on vacation, and then returning. Very frustrating. He’s miserable

I have been with Coast Urological since 1970. My Dr. thru that period was Dr John Ingram (retired) The absolute best. Yesterday, 5/25/15, I was examined by Dr. Cha. I was given a very excellent exam. She was very serious about my health. I will be back in three months.
