This was my post op visit from surgery this past Saturday to check on everything. Dr Crean tried a new technique with a "rubber band placement" to try and help with drainage and pain control from a fistula until I can get started on medication. The surgery seems to be working with the drainage noticing a significant decrease and pain decrease as well. Dr. Crean I feel went above and beyond not knowing if this surgery was even going to help or not to take the time with me anyways on the weekend and perform it to help me get back to a semi-normal ADL. I am very happy with the care that I've received from Dr. Crean at this time.

Dr. Crean and his staff were wonderful. Kind. Gentle. And most importantly, extremely proficient. I recommend them to anyone looking for medical expertise.

Dr Crean and staff worked quickly to schedule much needed surgery. The process was transparent and treatment / follow ups were thorough. Dr and staff were very attentive during the entire process. Cant say enough good about them.

Yes, he asks all the questions that let him know how much i am improving and advises me what to continue doing to finish healing. He listens to all the things i might tell him that concern me. checked my incisions which are healing well.

It's so hard to find a good colon and rectal surgeon and after doing so much research we thought we had found a great Doctor with Dr.Crean but we were wrong. My husband and I have tried several times calling his office to speak to him but all his receptionists said they will give him the message but he never calls back. Rachel is their surgery coordinator and she is so irresponsible and never available. Every single time we called to schedule surgery we were directed to her voicemail. After being persistent for a long time we finally were able to schedule surgery for Feb.17th but before the surgery date we called ahead of time to reschedule because we had not gotten the results back for bloodwork and Covid19 test that were required before surgery. But apparently Rachel doesn't listen to voicemails because now Dr. Crean refuses to perform surgery on my husband because apparently he was a no show. Eventhough surgery is fully paid for. I'm sorry that your staff is so incompetent.

Meeting Dr Crean was a wish come true. I was in a terrible place with prolapsed bowel,bleeding,throbbing and totally uncontrolable pain and discomfort.He supported me from day 1 gaining my total confidence. His expertise along with his kind gentle mannerisms,produced an unbelievable comfort factor. Dr Crean was extremely comprehensive encompassing previous surgeries correlating past and current medical history. My surgery was extremely successful when I had been told it could not be done... He is the "BEST"!

The visit was very informative, i just need to stay on course. Dr. Crean recommend that I add fiber to my diet and take the fiber the same time daily. The doctor also explained how the digestive system works with the intake of foods.

I am so happy to have found Dr. Crean. This was the third doctor I've seen about my "issue" and, hands down, he had the best "bedside" manner and treatment plan. He truly seems to care about the patient and suggests a treatment plan that best works for the individual. He also validated my concerns which goes a long way when experiencing discomfort. Highly recommend this doctor.
