I had a very important surgery with Dr. Gertel and o felt so comfortable. From the beginning he treated with me respect but also compassion. He explained and talked to me. He gave me options and included me in every step. For surgery he made sure I knew I was supported and care about. He called me at home after and checked on me, he is a score who cares about his patients. My in office visits have been on time, his office runs efficient and the people working are so nice, know their jobs and make you feel like they are actually there to take care of you not just there to collect a paycheck. I have already sent friends to see this doctor as I recommended to this office by my friend too. I am extremely happy to have found Dr. Gertel and his office, too not operation.
