Dr. Alex was very friendly, took interest in my situation by answering my questions and explaining everything to me. Was gentle in giving steroid shot in back.

He explained the procedure very well to ease my concerns about having it. He was understanding of the discomfort the injections were causing. He offered a solution to help with the discomfort the next time I get them.

He took time to show me my results and explained what the next steps were going to be in my treatment. If I had any questions he took time out to address them and didn't make you feel silly for asking them. His whole office staff made you feel comfortable and not just another patient to the list of many through the day. Very clean and sanitary.

Listens and works on the issue

My visits have all been good. The wait time in the waiting room is brief. The ladies are very nice and helpful. Dr. Golovlev's Nurse is very sweet and makes me feel comfortable. Dr. Golovlev is very soft spoken, kind, listens, answers all questions I have. Overall I give everyone the highest score. I highly recommend Dr. Golovlev to anyone with back pain. I have suffered with it for most of my life. The procedures he is doing on me now are helping a lot. He first tried epidurals which didn't last long. Now he's doing nerve blocks. I just had my 1st one 4 days ago and so far I've not had any pain.
