Best Ob Gyn in Sacramento

Dr. Locke is always very professional and always goes above and beyond. He listens and takes as much time as needed to make first time patients comfortable. I started seeing him when I was 16, and he spent 15 min explaining the entire PAP process and the tools he would use. He did so again each time he did something. He made my daughter feel at ease, too. He is a big teddy bear type of guy with the exact type of calming presence you want from an OB-GYN.
