Dr. Perez repaired a right inguinal hernia mesh repair that was performed at a prominent hospital in Boston in September 2016. Within two months that mesh repair failed resulting in moderate severe recurrent daily pain. Dr. Perez performed a modification of the mesh surgery that has held in place for the past six months. I am very satisfied with his surgical expertise and professionalism.

I would rate zero stars is there was an option. He and his staff have poor follow-up and I am left in pain.

He took time to explain my diagnosis and what to expect after surgery. Was not in a rush to get me out like most physicians.

I recently underwent a Whipple procedure for a pancreatic tumor. As an RN, I have high regards for Dr. Perez and his staff. He answers your questions thoroughly, spends as much time as needed to clarify any questions and genuinely cares about his patients. He gave us his personal cell phone number and email address in case of any urgent needs and responded immediately when we contacted him. I was very well cared for and I would recommend him to anyone.

Very pleasant, explained everything in detail and when I left there I was in no way confused. It was a very positive experience. I will be seeing him again. I would not hesitate sending my family and close friends to Dr. Perez. I am a Family Practice doctor and have picky standards. This surgeon talks to you and is not in a hurry to just do surgery.
