Charged for services not performed
Dr Ramirez looked in my sons throat for approximately 30 seconds with a flashlight and nothing else and then proceeded to charge me $120 for a “laryngoscopy”. I have disputed this with my insurance and Dr Ramirez claims he did indeed do a “procedure”. I think I would remember if my barely two year old had a laryngoscope shoved down his throat. Apparently he will bill you for procedures that he did not perform. Do yourself a favor and find someone more trust worthy and with better bedside manner.

I have never met a Doctor so patient, loves what he does and so knowledgeable. I had been to two previous doctors and he knew exactly what problems I had and how to address them. He answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

Was diagnosed with thyroglossal duct cyst. Dr. Ramirez was patient and kind as he explained the diagnosis and what it meant. He even drew a diagram for me so I could understand. He was able to get me into surgery really quick and did his best to help me with my anxiety about it. I am in the 1st week of recovery and so far, all is going as planned. So glad I saw him for this.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Ramirez. He is an excellent surgeon, a phenomenal communicator, and treats his patients extremely well. He is one of the finest doctors that I have ever had the privilege of working with. I had post op complications and he stayed right on top of managing them until they resolved. His office staff is excellent as well.
