Run far from this practice!!!
This has got to be the worst physician I have ever been to. Sophie and Natalie-docs wife are both rude and lazy. No one ever answer the phone. The wait times have never been less than a couple hours for my appointments. I received expired sample drugs. How is this doctor still in practice??

Going above and beyond.
Natalie went above and beyond to assist me in finding a dr. that would accept Federal Compensation. Unfortunately there are no dr's who accept it in this area.. but Natalie was so helpful. Thank you

Dr.Rovner is absolutely great person and a doctor! However, his office staff is rude and unprofessional, especially front desk girl Sophia and his wife Natalie, which both seemed to be very nice at first. I would continue going to Dr. Rovner, but I have no desire to deal with his unprofessional staff. They make mistakes and then simply turn it on you, and if you point out them, they get defensive and rude.

Dr Rovner is an absolute amazing physician, he is very knowledgeable and in a short period of time prescribe the correct treatments. The girl at the desk “Natalie” is definitely a caring, concerned, and sweet person. She always seems to go above and beyond to help the patients, and no matter how much pain you are in she always seems to make you leave with a smile. The office wait time is very quick, I never waited more than a few minutes, that office deserves more than 5 out of 5 stars.

Horrible customer service. I was recommended to see Dr. Rovner and called to schedule an appt, the appt was scheduled a month out. I had to reschedule that appt so I called 24 hours in advance and was rescheduled another month out. I drove an hour and 10 mins to his office, paid my copay I had to remind the receptionist I had then I waited over two hours and haven’t been seen yet-I told the front desk I had to go because I had to get to work. Took me a couple days to get in contact with someone to reschedule that appt. It was a few weeks out. When that time came I had to reschedule that appt (I get called in a lot for work) and I called 24 hours in advance to reschedule. I get a call couple days later that I am not allowed to reschedule due to too many no call no shows and walking out when I was there at my visit. I never no called no showed and I left bc I waited forever and had to get to work. They insisted they could not schedule me anymore and refunded my copay. When I mentioned I

Spent time answering every single question. I have seen him twice with less than a 10 minute wait. The Dr./ his staff are sweet caring people. He is not arrogant he is confident, that made me at ease. I have seen several Dr. who just pass off my pain as "it is your back nothing to be done". His diagnosis has helped me alleviate some of the pain without pills and by having my PT focus on his diagnosis beyond my discs. This Dr. is gentile, down to earth and he knows what he is talking about.

Office staff is discourteous and rude. If you need something done, you'll have to call for a month straight. They will blow you off. This office is a nightmare to deal with when you need anything at all. I don't know if any doctor is worth this amount of trouble

Run, don't walk, to the nearest exit. I was referred by another doctor who was retiring for Botox for migraines. Made appt 90 days in advance. They cancelled the night before. Never preauthorized the Botox. Rude staff. So discourteous, clueless, and unapologetic it was flabbergasting. I was left without my treatment, which will take at least 30 days to get set up with someone else. Serious medical danger was created. I wouldn't touch this doctor with a ten foot pole.

Dr Rovner has been my Dr. now for over 7yrs now, my mom has had him longer. He is an awesome Dr. because he will listen to you and care about what you are experiencing pain wise, he wants to know, because without your input he can't help you. He's caring and soft spoken. I love having a caring Dr. Like him, and I appreciate all he does for me as well. I've learned a lot about my illnesses and he works real hard to help me manage them. Without him I'd suffer worse, with him, I suffer less.

Hospitalized at RGH for neurologic issues. The doctor was highly arrogant.I questioned if he read my primary care's notes and he did not have answers he should have if he had.He wanted to discharge me even though I was having seizure like episodes without answers. The doctor dismissed my concerns in an unprofessional tone and cut me off multiple times. He had the attitude that a patient wasn't part of the care.removed from care per me and my primary.Shouted at me. Nurses disagreed with him too.
