Lung cancer
Dr Sweidan has been my doctor for 4y now. 3y ago they found a lung nodule through routine screening given my smoking history. He robotically biopsied it 3y ago and got it cured with his teammate Dr Pearlstein at Hoag. Dr Sweidan and Dr Pearlstein are the 1-2 punch every lung cancer patient needs. I am alive because of them.

Lung CA Care
Dr Sweidan was referred to me by my PCP for my lung nodules. He was very efficient in my care, scheduled my surgery. He is an excellent surgeon. He biopsied my lung nodule without any complications. He did it robotically which made the recovery very fast. Because of his quick care, I was started on treatment right away and I am now in complete remission. He is friendly, speaks clearly, explains it well and keeps it simple. I would recommend anyone to him.

Best Lung Pulm Doctor Ever
Dr Sweidan is a very nice medical doctor. He is an MD. I knew I had asthma but it kept attacking me. He found that I had ABPA which is a rare complication with asthma. He started me on therapy. He did not use steroids very much which is what another lung doctor wanted to do. He got me on injected drugs which are working very well. The other perk about Dr Sweiden is his office. They have good phone staff - I get my answers questioned. I went to other lung doctors in the area and their staff never answers, the doctor never calls back, they are impossible to work with. At least Dr Alexanders team eventually gets me an answer to my questions. I have never had to wait longer than 20 minutes to be seen in the office. Everywhere else you have to wait forever. He is a smart doctor. He explains things very clearly and always summarises everything. He is exactly what you think a good doctor should be. MB

Fixed my asthma
I was short of breath. I saw 3 different doctors. All gave me the same inhaler ventolin. Dr Alexander gave me better inhaler which helped me. I still had short breath but then he started on me injections, nukala. I am 100%. He explained it that we need to step up gradually. I haven't had an asthma attack in 1 year. I normally have 3 asthma attacks every year. HE IS THE BEST DOCTOR FOR LUNG DISEASE!

Best Lung Doc
I have asthma and high blood pressure. My asthma has been always difficult. I’ve seen 3 other doctors before him. My asthma now barely bothers me since he got me on injections (Fasenra) and he helped finally getting my blood pressure under control. He is also helping me with weight loss. He is amazing and friendly.

Diagnosed my lung cancer quickly
I saw Dr Sweidan for my smoking and COPD. He found that I had a lung nodule. He did biopsy within the weeks it was found. Because he caught it early I was able to have surgery and be cured of cancer. He is a great lung doctor and he is always thoughtful. He also treats my COPD. THANK YOU DR SWEIDAN!

Dr. Sweidan is an incredibly thorough and attentive physician. He has been taking care of Mom for over 2 years now, and I'm steadily impressed by his attentiveness and care. He takes the time and asks all the right questions to provide the best possible care. More importantly, he patiently answers every question, big or small, that we ask him. In this day and age, when doctors are rushing you out the door to see the next patient, this is crucial. I can rest easy knowing Mom is in good hands.

Dr. Sweidan is the most caring primary care provider for me and my family. I have been suffering from a condition that even a specialist was not able to help me with. Dr. Sweidan took initiative to help me with my condition. He took time to consult with his specialist peers and came up with a treatment plan for me.To my disbelief, he got my health back after three years of suffering. Ever since I have a full health and owe my happiness to Dr. Sweidan. He has also been helping my father and my whole family to understand my fathers Parkinson’s Disease better and ways to cope as the disease progress. My family and I have full trust and faith in Dr. Sweidan as our family’s PCP. I know he is there for us and he will go above and beyond to take care of my family as always.

I've been going to Dr. Sweidan for medical care as my primary care physician for 2 years now and every time I see him he continues to impress me with his thorough questioning, follow ups from the previous appointments, and overall quality of care. It is very clear that he is doing what he loves and that he is truly invested in his patients' well-being. He is very well versed and has a lot of in depth training which makes me feel very comfortable knowing that he is prepared to deal with a wide variety of medical concerns. Though I do not require it, it is great that he is multi-lingual and is able to serve a variety of patients in their home language to help us feel comfortable and heard.

My father has high blood pressure and cholesterol. He also had a stroke. Dr. Sweidan took care of him in the critical care unit and on the hospital floor. He took care of the stroke and the other problems all for us. Now after being discharged, we only need to see Dr. Sweidan because he is capable of treating all the problems. He acts as our neurologist, critical care doctor and internal medicine doctor. It is so convenient and easy to work with him.

Dr. Sweidan is clear, approachable, and friendly. He explains my conditions to me each time, reviews all my medications with me each time, and is educating me frequently on what to do to get off my meds. Dr. Sweidan's favorite thing to say is, if I can get you off meds I will. That attitude is the type of Dr I think all docs should be. Already by smart dietary changes he has been able to get mee off of insulin, now I am just on 2 pills for my diabetes. I had a endocrine doctor for 3 years before Dr. Sweidan and he wasn't able to get me off insulin. Now my A1C is better and I don't have insulin. Total change in my life. Dr. Sweidan gets it. He knows it isn't easy. And he doesn't ever belittle. Finally, I was an EMT back in the day. Docs are usually pretty tough on staff. Dr Sweidan treats his staff like his family. He is so nice to all his staff. It speaks about the type of person he is.

Dr. Sweidan is very easy to talk to. He is responsive and explains everything in language I can understand. Every time I see him, the first 10 minutes he just lets me ramble about whats going on without interrupting. He will then summarize everything I told him and ask more detailed questions. He is patient and because he listens, I trust his diagnosis. My care is so much better with him now.

Excellent MD. My father is disabled and lives on a ventilator at the house. Dr. Sweidan comes to our house, manages the ventilator, all my fathers medications, and also assists in his Neurological rehabilitation. He is able to do the complicated medicine (ventilator control, heart disease, and stroke) and also the basic primary medicine (diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol). He is the complete package. Where other concierge doctors would have us see and refer us to other doctors, Dr. Sweidan does it all on his own. With our previous doctor we had to see a lung specialist, a primary care and a neurologist. Now we just see Dr. Sweidan. Dr. Sweidan is prompt to respond to our emails and phone calls. The best concierge doctor in Orange County.
