My consultation went very well. My face lift is scheduled for the end of the month

I have an appointment on 1/10/2023, I am going in to see Dr. V for a neck lift and maybe a mini face lift. I have breast implants and may have an exchange. I have worked for doctors and know what I want in a doctor that would be completing surgery on my body. I have had 2 breast implant procedures and Lazer (CO2) on my face twice. I am excited to meet this doctor and I will keep you update. Update: On 10/10/23, when I went to Dr. V's office for my consultation and spoke with Dr. V, I knew he was the perfect surgeon for me. He kept it real from the very beginning and told me the results I would get. Everyone was very friendly, supportive and welcoming. If you’re feeling skeptical about Dr. V, I will assure you he’s the best, and you won’t regret it!! My consultation came out better than expected. I feel comfortable with Dr. V, and his compassion and honesty. I feel that my results will be great with the help of Dr. V, I have a facelift scheduled for 3/9/23, with updated later.

Dr. Villares did an amazing job with my liposuction. I truly am shocked that he was able to get rid of such a large pocket of fat on my flanks. It totally completed my physique as an athlete and for the first time I'm confident with my shirt off. His staff made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process because I was nervous. Jacqueline was so helpful and gave me so much information on the procedure and was always available to talk. The aftercare has been great and as my swelling goes down the results show even more. Dr. Villares and staff at AV Cosmetic Surgery Center are the best. Dr. V is somewhat of a perfectionist and do what it takes to make it right. The staff is always friendly & welcoming and good vibe in the office. After many consultations in the area, I am happy I chose AV Cosmetic Surgery Center. I have referred two friends who booked and completed surgeries as well. And I'd do it again!

Dr. Villares does beautiful work. I had been wanting a BBL for over four years and knew I didn’t want just anyone performing such an important cosmetic change to me. He eased my apprehension within minutes and talked to me very reasonably, showing me reference photographs and giving options for what I could do with my own body. His staff is absolutely amazing and caring (the women are so incredibly sweet and handle you with the utmost care when you’re in pain) and check in with you constantly post op to make sure everything is still going okay. When I was concerned with swelling he got me in the very next day and again eased my concerns immediately. I’m keeping five stars, but I do want to say that at times Dr. Villares will dismiss your pain level or talk over you during conversation. That really doesn’t bother me enough to take a star. He does good work, he has amazing staff, he knows it, and everyone in his practice deserves to be proud of that!

I got a breast augmentation a little over 2 weeks ago and I absolutely love how they look already, I feel so much more confident in my own skin. I got my breast augmentation done with Dr. Villares this past December and I love my results. I had very natural breasts and I had some boob to work with so he recommended I do 700 CCs. I’m really happy I listened to him and went for it. It’s been a little over half a year since my surgery and I love my boobs. Very natural looking. 10/10 recommend him and his staff. He really does care about his end result and will make you feel comfortable thru out the whole process. After my surgery he kept in touch with me regularly and answered all my questions and concerns. Jackie and Jessica are also lovely. I’m looking forward to hopefully getting a Brazilian butt lift next with him in the future.

I recently had a tummy tuck and hernia repair done by Dr Alexander Villares and am thrilled with the results. I found both him and his staff to be extremely professional, courteous and caring. I actually interviewed multiple surgeons and decided on Dr Villares because of how thorough he was in at my appointments. I was able to discuss all of my concerns without feeling rushed or bothered. I had in my mind a certain procedure and was willing to pay more, however Dr V went into great detail as to why that would not be the best way to handle that particular issue. Both my husband and I agreed that he was the best option for me. Now that I am on the other side of my surgery, I am THRILLED with the results and could not have asked for a better experience as well as the bedside manner from both Dr V and his staff!!

My mother went to him to do the gastric surgery and Not even close to 0 percent of me recommend this doctor. He did the worst surgery to my mother. I was close to losing her and being at the hospital all tubes up for 3 months. I thought of suiciding myself of think that my mom would have died. After the surgery I went several time with my mom on the checks up. Where my mom would tell him that she would feel the worse. And he would ignore my mother and ignore the pain warnings that my mom was giving him. When my mom ended up at the hospital, her lung was destroyed. If I would tell you the story it’s so long. But he’s a the worse doctor who didn’t pay attention on my mother like he was suppose to. She was close to losing her life. All the family suffered seeing her how bad she would cry in the hospital with so much pain. Morfina wouldn’t even take the pain away. Think more than twice of going to this doctor. My mother is still having suffering.

I first came to Dr. Villares after my best friend had her breasts done with him. My youngest daughter just started kindergarten this year, and I finally felt like it was time for me to feel pretty again! I had my tummy tuck done, and it was a glorious experience!!! Dr. and his team are really nice people, they make me feel like family and my results look utterly amazing. I couldn't be happier with how well my tummy looks! I was a little worried about the scar and being able to wear a two piece, but its placed just perfectly so I can hide it under my bikini bottoms. THANK YOU DR VILLARES AND YOUR TEAM FOR MAKING ME HAPPY ABOUT MY BODY AGAIN!!!

I did my abdomen liposuction on this practice 9/25/2018. My abdomen skin appears bumpy, wavy and withered due to uneven fat removal. Dr.Villares said I need to do a touch-up. I called the office 6-8 times for make an appointment about a touch up. The coordinator never called me back. I visited this office twice for my touch up and Dr.Villares yelled at me the first time I visited . The second time he said they will have new liposuction equipment and I should wait. After 13 months I still did not get my touch up done. It was a mistake to choose this doctor. I would not trust and recommend this practice.

I had a very pleasant experience on my first consultation appointment with Dr Villares and staff. Dr Villares made me feel very comfortable which is very important to me. I never felt rushed. He answered all questions, explained the procedure well, showed pictures to help visualize the laser treatment for the face and how I would look on day one thru one month. I believe he is a highly skilled surgeon and would be comfortable with him performing my surgery. Afterwards, he played with my grandchildren, talked with my daughter, and we all had a few laughs. Staff was very nice as well. Now I just have to decide on a date.

Just wanted to share that I got the best possible weight loss treatment and owe my improved quality of life to Doctor Villares and his Staff! Dr V is such a nice person and, he is so professional. I had a very positive experience for all the time I have been his patient, and I received so much good information and felt so well cared for, that I recommended my sister to him.

Dr.Villares and Staff are the most amazing and professional medical staff that I have been to in a very long time. They explain everything thoroughly along with amazing results. I would recommend them for monitoring your weight safely, and plastics. I wish I had seen them in CA. Love these guys. Xo
