Dr Andes is professional and friendly. She takes time to diagnose and treat what ails me. She’s compassionate and tries to make me comfortable when performing something painful! Her staff helps in that way, too. Recommend!

Doctors are good but office personnel in Coral Springs location is horrible. I referred my 76 year old mother to ADVANCED FOOT, ANKLE, & WOUND SPECIALISTS and she liked the doctors. Yesterday, she was having back trouble and arrived 10 minutes late for her appointment. She was told that she wouldn't be seen until at least 50 minutes because she was 10 minutes late. My mother is a caretaker for my father who is in poor health. She has a lot going on while also in physical pain because of a car accident. The office staff completely dismissed her so she left. We will both be seeking a new podiatrist. They can make us wait for them in a waiting room forever but we show up 10 minutes late and get a rude reception? Not good at customer service. They lost at least 2 clients yesterday.
