Experienced medical abandonment during reoccurrence of Stage 4 Cancer. Belittled and dismissed 2 advocates overseeing the transfer of care she promised, employed by the SAME medical Hospital. Told them, "Too many cooks in the kitchen". Told me transfer of care was completed, then left her practice. Dr Armstrong did not complete standard paperwork for transfer of care, causing undue harm from this negligence. Don't trust your life in the care of Dr Alexandra Armstrong.
