Dr. Alexandra Kostur, MD

My kids have been seen here for past 12 years, and today we were late 5 min for our appointment. The practice charged us $25 late fee and we had to wait extra 45 min before doctor can see one of my sick kid. I really did not want them to stay that long there because they had flu, and did not feel well at all. Anyone can be late due to traffic or any other reason. The pediatrician needs to value customer time as well as he values his time. They can be late up to an hour, but when the patient is late it is not OK at all. We will be moving to another office just because of this reason. The office staff is not nice as they used to be, but we will miss our pediatrician. They really will need to do something about this to have patients stay with them.

They’ve made us wait for the last time! Took over a month to get 3 you’d annual checkup and then on a Saturday where there is only one other car in the parking lot we have to wait 1 hour to be seen on an 80 degree sunny day. Have stupid question are to fill it prior when we already completed whatever they sent us via email through portal and their examinations nowhere near as thorough as what we received at prior physician in a northern state. Very done with this group and you can do better!

We love Dr. Kostur, she is an excellent doctor. We've had her as our pediatrician for 4 and a half years and all I have is praises towards her. She is very attentive, knows her craft,, and resolves the health issues of our children.
