This office provides exceptional care, with dedicated providers and a great team. Dr. Thompson always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly to my wife and me during each visit, making sure we feel informed and comfortable. The clinic has a welcoming and positive atmosphere, and everyone works together to create a great experience for patients. Dr. Thompson has been a wonderful pediatrician for our 6-month-old! From our first visit, her warm and friendly bedside manner put both us and our son at ease. She patiently answered all our questions, making sure we fully understood each aspect of our baby's health. Her explanations were clear and straightforward, which we really appreciated as first-time parents. She also has a useful way of bringing in her own experience as a mom to show us that she's been in our shoes before. The thoroughness of her exams gave us confidence that our child is in great hands. She asked questions about my health (as a mom) too, making sure I was handling the transition well and looking out for me and my ability to care for my baby too. We couldn't ask for a better pediatrician! Highly recommend!

Dr. Thompson is so good that even after our insurance was unfortunately no longer contracted with Phoenix Children’s, we still come to see her and pay out of pocket. She is patient, kind, and relatable as she’s a mother as well. She explains everything in detail, and answers all my questions with confidence and knowledge. She’s gentle with our daughter. We truly feel like she genuinely cares about us and the wellbeing of our child. I recommend Dr. Thompson to all of my friends!

Dr. Thompson literally has gone above and beyond every time my daughter has experienced a medical issue or health concern. As first time parents, my husband and I are blessed we can navigate parenthood and our daughter with Dr. Thompson as our pediatrician and guide. At 4 months old we planned an international trip and Ali contacted us after her office hours to advise us on the best vaccines and prophylaxis medicine for our baby to verify smooth time sensitive travel. Increasingly, Ali has worked late to guarantee she could accommodate us for sick child visits one of which she alerted the emergency department we were on our way for an acute leg infection our daughter had experienced. We are truly blessed to have a doctor that embodies intellect, passion, and care for her patients.

Dr. Thompson is the absolute best physician! Her bedside manner is amazing and she is always available to answer questions or concerns! As a first time mom I get overly concerned and Dr. Thompson is always there to calm my nerves or make sure my concerns are properly managed. I wouldn't trust my baby girl's health with any other pediatrician!

Doctor Ally Thompson is more concerned with going home at the end of the day, rather than delay 3mins while I filled out a form that I was never sent to me. The front desk told me that I needed to reschedule, even though I was there exactly on time. Apparently, I did not fill out some form that was supposed to have been sent to me. The spiteful lady at the front desk said that it was text to me. When I confirmed the phone number they had sent it to, it was not my phone number. So, they turned me away even though they sent the paper work to the wrong person; they're fault, my issue apparently. I explained that I had taken off of work to get there, because my son needs his vaccinations to go back to school. The front desk girl snickered, apparently she thought it was funny (as if she couldn't care less) and said she would go ask Ally Thompson, the doctor. She came right back and said that the doctor, Ally Thompson said no, she wouldn't see me
