Very intelligent and caring doctor.

Always thorough, never rushes me and cares. I feel blessed to have found her when we relocated to the Gainesville area.

Dr Dell is conscientious and caring. She listens to what I have to say and responds in a responsible way. I have been Dr. Dell's patient for many years and have always found her to be a good doctor.

I called and made an appointment for a yearly checkup, directly asking if Dr Dell took trans patients. I was told yes, no problem. When they called to remind me of the appointment I asked again, because I didn’t want to go to a doctor that was going to give me poor care just for being who I am. After discussing wanting to transition, during the yearly exam, Dr. Dell told me she would not take transgender patients, along with a number of other unkind things. Weeks later, I get a call saying the bloodwork got “messed up” and I need to come back in or not have it (bloodwork is what you need to bring to an endocrinologist to get testosterone in addition to being part of a yearly checkup.) I did not go back but still got charged for the incorrect blood work. I have never felt more humiliated, angry, and uncared for by a doctor. I sat on this review for months because I did not want that to cloud the review. I wanted to simply state the facts as they happened. Do not go to her.

No wait time. Dr. Dell spent so much time with me. Excellent doctor.

I have found Dr. Dell to be competent and interested in what I have to say. She is very thorough. I also appreciate that I can have my blood test done right there in the same building and I don't have to wait long to be called back for the blood draw.
