Since joining Yosemite Bone & Joint, Inc., Dr Patinos’ staff has changed. Unfortunately they are the poorest representatives of customer service(notice I didn’t even say good) I’ve ever experienced. There is no empathy, they do not listen to what you are saying and they are very unprofessional. Dr Patinos reputation is really taking a hit.

I have very high arches that, as I’ve gotten older, collapse when I put weight on my foot. After several unsuccessful sets of orthotics made by the “stand on tissue paper” method, I went to Dr Patino. He saw the problem immediately and hand-casted my feet while I sat in a chair in order to get a true sense of the height of my arch. They were the best orthotics I’ve ever had.

1st question: Social Security Number MUST be given! What? We haven't even seen you yet and you want our Social! SSN are private and should not be demanded on 1st phone call into office! Unreal! What is happening to our world? And, very rude office staff when I had a problem giving out our Social Security number!!!!!
