He should be ashamed of himself
Alfredo Gutierrez is focused on hearing himself talk and cares nothing about the well-being of the humans he’s charged with treating. In a crisis situation he behaved in an extraordinarily condescending way toward the patient. He is clearly all about feeding his oversized ego, asking completely irrelevant questions aimed at redirecting the focus on himself. Does a patient who has been victimized and erroneously detained care that he is a Miami native and want to know where he attended high school? Clearly the answer is no. He behaved in an unbelievably unprofessional manner and his lack of humanity was glaring.
