I have nothing but praise for Dr Khan. He has always been there when I needed him. He goes above and beyond. I feel privileged to call him my doctor.

Dr. Khan's staff is nasty, rude and condescending. I called to have a question answered regarding an accident that I had a few days ago and the woman who answered the phone was short, impolite and unkind. I didn't get the answer that I wanted and that was fine. I understood but that is no reason to be ill-mannered to me. I was in no way rude to her and asked if she could be more pleasant. It wasn't the response that was given; it was HOW she gave her response. She was so rude that I ended up hanging up on her.

Ali Khan has been my primary care physician for 29 years. He is very knowledgeable and a good diagnostician. The only issue is he works too hard and tries to do too much. It can be difficult to obtain an appointment within a reasonable time. His office staff is obviously overworked and understaffed.

I have been a patient of Dr Khan’s for 27 years and he is the only one I trust. He has always been there for me and the only one who tells me the way it is. He has always taken care of me.

Went to the ER at Scheurer Hospital for a severe sore throat. My only interaction with Dr. Khan was as I was being wheeled back to a room from having a chest X-ray. He stopped me in the hallway, asked a couple questions and listened to my lungs. Never looked in my throat or ears. After about 30 minutes in my room, the nurse came to tell me bronchitis. I was given prescriptions and sent on my way. Two weeks and three other doctors later I am still sick. Misdiagnosis? Yes. Wrong meds? Also yes.

I am writing on behalf of my family who's parents have been going to Dr. Khan for over 20+ years. He is over dosing my family members who are in there late 70's. He is prescription of zantex and norco should not be given to the elderly in there late 70's. I have a member in my family who is a DO and the history of medicine given to my parents is borderline of supply their drug overdose. This past weekend with the medication prescriped almost killed them. So if you are in the area be ware.

Dr. Khan has the market cornered for senior health care in the thumb. He's too busy to truly give the correct attention that each individual needs.

Wonderful, caring, intelligent physician. Front reception staff can be rude and difficult. They are not always interested in helping the patients.
