Overbooks so patients wait an hour; won't go back
He's good at what he does but I'm never going back. I purposely scheduled the first appointment of the day and was told by staff he books multiple people for the same time! I had to wait for an hour for a three-minute follow up (and others who came in after me were seen first). No one is worth that kind of wait. No respect for patients.

Great Doctor
I have had two appointments with Dr Miion, fiirst was to look at a couple spots on face. My first appointment I was at shock when he said he believed I have skin cancer and needed to do a biopsy, I kind of froze and didn't ask any questions. After a couple days I was seeking some answers, I called the office and a nurse called me back immediately and discussed everything with me until I felt comfortable with what the next steps were. 2nd visit I had my biopsy; he was wonderful and answered all of mine and my husband's questions before and after the biopsy, we did not feel rushed at all. He also gave me his direct number to text him for the results and called me same day after I texted him and explained the next steps. He is very upbeat and helps you to relax at a nervous time, I would recommend him to any friend or family looking for a dermatologist

In 2019 I went in for Acne and Hair loss. The wait was really really long and the consultation was really really short. He looked at the paperwork then told the assistant (who was great) to give me a face soap and went to walk out. I asked was he going to look at my face and hair. He glanced at my face, confirmed then went to walk out again. I asked again what about my hair. STILL without even looking at my hair this man said, its Alopecia. I said, Alopecia??? With a straight face he said, It comes from the weaves and wigs Black women wear. I was paralyzed, really!!! I could not believe the incompetence and utter ignorance. And he had about 5 new Doctors shadowing him. Five more misinformed Doctors giving inadequate treatment due to stereotypes and propaganda. I wish I could go back to Dr. Heidleberg.

Didn't show an interest in my condition. Spent little time with consult. Assumed I had fungal infection of nail 2 yrs ago still have it and I'm worried it's cellulitis. Does not call with results after sending me to a rheumatologist for further testing. Left in the dark

This Doctor is unbelievably unprofessional! When I verbalized I didn't agree with the procedure and that I felt rushed. This "Doctor" got in my face screaming at me, telling me I "insulted" him. I've never had a Doctor have a Tantrum and treat me or talk to me this way. I had to ask him to back away from me because he was that close. He told me he didn't care if I left (mind you I wasn't pleased) He followed me out to the Lobby, screaming things to me. I left in tears and totally loss for words.

1st visit waited over 30 min to an hour but well worth it. Dr. Moiin had great eye Contact. He talks to you not over your head. He answered all of my questions. Gave me a non technical description of my condition so I could understand it as a civilian. Dr. Moii xplained everything while he was removing the bump from my back giving me a lot of reassurance. I felt comfortable & Miss Fatima great job I never felt a thing. I highly recommend the Moiin team. My 2nd appointment went faster.

Had two visits within 2 months. Each visit had over 1 hour waiting after check-in. Terrible service after office visits. Always prescribed expensive items (gel, solution), costs over $200 out of patient pocket. Had to call back to replace expensive medication. Nurse never responds to patient need or even care. Called on Monday - left message and faxed over pharmacy's note. Nothing happened til Wednesday. Called & faxed on Friday, need to wait next Monday to be looked at. Terrible service.

Dr. Moiin, who was soft spoken and well manner was great but his nursing staff needed an upgrade in kindness, professionalism and sensitivity to patience's. Nobody knows what they're doing or what's going on! Complete imbecile, all they care about is how to herd in more patience's as possible and very rude on the phone.

I saw Dr. Moiin on 3 separate occasions for 3 different issues. Each time, he knew exactly what was going on and got me on the road to recovery quickly. One time in particular, I had a condition that spanned 20yrs with no resolution from any doctor. He immediately told me what it was, gave me a prescription, and I was totally healed in 5 days. 20 YEARS, I dealt with this issue. I couldn't do anything but cry when I was healed. I will forever be grateful to him.
