Dr. Alice Brock-Utne, MD

Dr Brock has been great with our kids. Her team is very attentive on MyChart and she is great at age appropriate care.

I would not recommend Dr. Utne to anyone. Her staff is horrible too and makes faces and shows discomfort and makes you feel bad. I recently moved to the area and was looking for pediatrician for my toddler. She wrongly identified that my son had issues with heart and told you should ASAP get ECG done for him. My little one had to go through so much painOn another instance for a routine visit she told she is seeing irregularities and suspect hernia issues and referred my son to get his hernia checked. She doesn't seem to have any experience in treating kids and wrongly diagnoses problems and maybe makes money by referring patients to her friend doctors. Based on the reviews i thought of giving her a try since there was no other doctor close by but I really regret it.

She gives good time and listens patiently but she is very unsure about her diagnosis making skills. Sent me many times for getting x rays- sonography, ECG for my infant merely on the basis of suspect for my healthy child. As parents we had to go through lot of stress if doctor keeps making wrong diagnosis and get your child though radiations and testing numerous times.

Fantastic bedside manner and incredibly knowledgeable. Dr. Brock really helped with my newborn - she knew what was going to happen before it did - kept me very well prepared.

Great bedside manner and really caring. Hugely knowledgeable- has 3 kids of her own !
