Definitely Not
Lack of preparation on her part.Not being able to understand her.She spoke without thinking at times.Especially when she said I needed to lose 10% of my body weight, when my primary tells me I am fine. Or that I need to see another doctor? That would be Kluka, Doe and another and no one has done anything.... (PERIOD)

Excellent Doctor
I have been a patient of Dr Doe for years. I find her to be very knowledgeable and dedicated. I’ve never had a bad experience with her or Borgess Hospital.

Worst medical practitioner I have ever met
Dr. Doe was easily the worst medical practitioner I have ever met. She is rigid and pushy. She insisted on expensive testing that is not covered by insurance because it is not considered medically necessary by current medical practice and lashed out when pointed this out. When I questioned her I got an emotional, hostile and dishonest response. Don't go to this doctor.

Excellent care! Dr. Doe listens and cares for her patients. She is compassionate and thorough. I have never had to wait for my appointment. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Doe is knowledgeable, compassionate, and forward thinking in her approach to providing the best care for me. I am a complicated patient because I have multiple health issues. The worst being that I'm in final stage of heart failure. I'm not an elderly person and would love to be able to breathe better. Dr. Alice Doe travels far and wide in west Michigan to be available to patients who need quality health care in their local town. I appreciate her and all that Borgess has to offer. Thank YOU!

By mistake I showed up 70 minutes early (I thought my appointment was at 12 not 1). I asked if I could see the doctor early. Staff checked and said the dr said no, she was backed up. Go to lunch, come back at right time. Dr walks in 110 and says you don't have sleep apnea but I forgot your disk so I'll have to call you with results. She said I saw you check in, did you have another apt. No I said. Oh, well I wish I would have known I would have told you I forgot the disk. WOW.
