Dr. Alice Roberts, MD

Her responses to my questions were very dismissive and failed to provide evidence-based information as to why she was responding with certain suggestions. Just one example is that I mentioned difficulty eating during pregnancy and her response was Simply 'Don't worry about that, any other questions?' I brought it up because I'm concerned about the health of my body and the baby, if it's not concerning to you as a medical provider could you provide some rationale for that to back up your assertion. This was my first meeting with her and she spent just 5 minutes in the room dismissing my questions without providing adequate patient education. We wait a whole month in between OB appointments during pregnancy so it was incredibly disappointing to only have 5 minutes of being dismissed until my next appointment.

This doctor was egotistical, dismissive, and made me feel uncomfortable. I do not feel that my voice was heard or that my concerns were valid. I believe if I stay with this practice, it will just be more medical gaslighting. I’m glad I found someone new who wants to help figure out what’s going on and not just assume I know nothing without a medical degree. I’ve been suffering and just seeking answers, not judgement. I see there are many that used the term “condescending” in their reviews and I could not agree more.

I e been seeing Dr. Roberts for about a decade. She is more than a smart and hard working OBGYN. She is a kind, compassionate woman with a fantastic sense of humor. She gets what being female is all about. And her new practice is amazing—everyone there is actually happy!!!

Dr. Roberts was excellent with my teen. Made her feel comfortable and made the visit a positive experience.

I have been seeing Dr. Roberts for three years and she is fantastic. I have cried in her office on multiple occasions (pregnancy and postpartum hormones are real) and she has made me feel comfortable every time and comes with the tissues. She has helped me through two pregnancies and always answers my questions and takes as much time as I need. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. I am so thankful she is my doctor.

Dr. Roberts was demeaning and condescending. She was aggressively pushing a certain vaccine and was very abrupt after my refusal. She proceeded to belittle me and questioned my rational with a very arrogant tone. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable and rushed through the remainder of the appointment. I will never see her again. Other doctors in the practice have simply recommended this vaccine in a professional manner and that was what she should have done. Her job as an obstetrician and gynecologist is not solely to promote vaccines and she should be reprimanded. I love all the other doctors in this practice.

She is the worst doctor ever! This so called “doctor” needs to find a new profession that suits her lack of intelligence. We had one appointment with her, and that was enough to know she is not qualified for this job

I have been seeing Dr. Roberts for 8 years. She has always made each and every visit very comfortable. I am now seeing her for my first pregnancy and she has been fantastic! She always listens to my questions and answers not only reasons why I may be feeling a certain symptom but how to help them. She is so professional and friendly every time I see her. I am so happy she is my doctor through my first pregnancy.

I have seen Dr. Roberts for over 25 years. She has always been friendly and professional. Visits are short and sweet and to the point.. any concerns were addressed with a professional demeanor. Procedures and options were always explained in a manor that was easily understood. Only changing because of a move to South Carolina. Hoping my new office and Dr. is just as good.

Today was my first time seeing Dr. Roberts for my annual exam. She was warm and welcoming and listened to my concerns. I didn't feel that she was condescending or dismissive at all. I didn't have to wait long to see her either.

I've been seeing Dr. Roberts for many years, and I have always found her to be warm, compassionate, and pragmatic. She is explains things concisely and lays out your options clearly. In particular, Dr. Roberts has helped me with my recurrent Bartholin's cysts. I recently had to see her twice in one month to drain two cysts. Draining cysts is painful, and at the end of the second appointment I began to cry from frustration. She stood by my side and made sure I was okay before she left the room.

Dr. Roberts has a calm and kind presence. The uncomfortable part of the exam is over quickly. I recommended her to a sister-in-law who was having bleeding problems,a nd she was very pleased.

Very condescending. Dismissed all of my concerns. I left this office and sought a new doctor immediately.

Not my usual doctor in this office but was a last minute appointment. I found her to be condescending in almost everything said to me. She looked at me like I was crazy when I told her a issue I was having. Said she thought there was nothing wrong but would do testing anyway. Her tone and demeanor made me so uncomfortable. My issue was most likely some type of allergic reaction but she made me feel like I making it up practically or just plain crazy.

Incredibly unprofessional. Did not tell me she was about to shove the speculum in me. Condescending. Just overall, bad experience. Would not even listen to me about my issues with birth control pill. Told me what i was experiencing was not a side effect. Even though I had the issue before with different pill.
