If I could give a zero I would. This Dr is a pill dr who does harm to her patients. I spoke to her personally about a family member that almost died 2 years ago after overdosing on Xanax and Ambien . Dr. Ruttinger is still prescribing them and giving 120 Xanax at once along with Ambien 12.5 mg extended release to her patient that she knows has and addiction to this combination. Tell me how that is not doing harm to her patient? Her medical license should be revoked
