Dr. Alice Yan, MD

If I could give less than a star I would honestly. I called here asking if this office was accepting new patients and they said yes. They took all my insurance information and personal info to set up my appointment and I figured that was good to go at that point, no. I get a call the day before confirming my appointment and said yes everything is still a go. Day of appointment I had a question that I wanted to try and make sure about for my medication and medical supplies and was placed on hold. When they came back on the line they informed me they do in fact not take my primary insurance and that my appointment would have to be cancelled due to their error. I made this appointment to be an established patient in order to be referred out to a specialist in order to start receiving my medications and colostomy bag supplies. This office had zero sympathy for my situation and the error they made on their end and the problems they created to get another dr. Not recommended very incompetent

Dr. Alice Yan has been my primary care physician for the past 25 years and I've always found her to be helpful and efficient. Yes, she is busy but has always given me good advice that I can trust.

Dr Yan took great care of me and my husband . Right away she advised us on any medical intervetions needed . She even contacted me after hours to assist with my questions . She is a real Gem . Thank you Don and Linda Parsons .

Worst doctor ever...run! Absolutely no compassion for patients. Not willing to listen or help with medical problems. My family member recieved no care even after tears and begging doctor for help...Awful....
