Dr Cantrell is a Great doctor, she cares, you can feel it, her staff check-in with me, they make feel so very safe, and it is important for me to feel empowered, because life has been hard, and I am vulnerable right now it has been a super hard past year. When you have A Doctor and Staff team that show love, care and concern, not in a fake way, It matters. In my history of care and doctors, this place and people at PacMed are made up from some of the best stuff on earth. Dr Cantrell care makes me what to heal all the broken parts, and do the right things to take care of myself. She makes me feel Hopeful and Stronger. Not sure how to explain, She is the little voice to help me to take care, and makes me feel I am worth the extra care to live and be healthy. Thank You

First visit with this provider. Very pleasant, interested in me and my questions, provided helpful and accurate information. Willing to partner with me on how I'd like to get my care. Very pleased.I will say, the registration process was frustrating. I took considerable time to preregister and check in online, filling out and updating all of the demographic information. On arrival, was asked to fill all the demographics out again (same questions). When I commented on this, the receptionist said that it is different information (it wasn't) and they needed the paper form to be scanned in (which I know doesn't produce useful data). Seemed redundant and a bit annoying.
