I have seen Dr. Isom several times and I have always felt she has been thorough and has not rushed us and she took her time to listen to my concerns. I do very much like her. We have always been able to get in to see her on same day sick appointments but we have had to wait for extended periods of time in the office for her.

Great doctor, Horrible Practice
We have used Dr. Isom for pediatric care for 3 years since moving to the area. We have always loved the time and care she takes for both well and sick visits. Recently we needed an urgent sick visit but unfortunately she was not available. We both had to work but based on the previous experience with Dr. Isom we trusted the alternative Dr the practice provided would take the time to provide the appropriate care in our absence while someone else took our child for the visit. The Dr who saw our child spent less then 3 minutes in the room and diagnosed an unrelated issue based on her previous chart with out any actual knowledge of the actual history on the chart. When I called to discuss it with the office I was accused of "seeking anti-biotics" and they refused to see my child again based on me cursing on the phone. After 3 follow up calls the office manager admitted after listening to the recording that there was no cursing but still refused to allow my child to be seen at the practice.

Dr. Isom has seen my grandchildren ages 5 and 7 since birth. She's patient with the children and has developed a relationship with us. She listens to our concerns, probes to diagnose issues and provides solutions to address the medical need. We trust her judgement.
