Dr. Jennings takes her time, asks the appropriate questions and is an excellent physician. I would recommend her to anyone who asked for a thorough physician.

She has great bedside manner. She listens and answers and even questions to get more information. I really feel like I am cared for.

She is by far the best doctor I’ve ever had to work with on my healthcare journey. I feel very cared for physically and emotionally.

I knew this doctor for 9 years and thought I had the best because I knew someone who went to her before. I had two appointments before and had a third appointment and fell ill and had to reschedule and I could not get another appointment for one month because of no availability. Needless to say I am on medications that are recurring and ran out of my medication and the pharmacy sent 5 requests in and the last request the doctor told the pharmacy that I need to come to my appointment which would be in 3 days from the last request and just received a call 2 days before my appointment that the doctor would not be in office the day of my appointment for me to reschedule after waiting for one month. My medications are only filled for 30 days and I keep running out of medication. I did not have any problems with my other doctor because my medication were on 90 days fill and refills.

My whole family loves Dr. Jennings. From the moment she is in the room with you, she is very attentive and listens well. I have seen her kindness when she cared for my mother. Great doctor, wonderful staff!

I have been a patient of Dr. Jennings for over 5 years. She is very thorough in finding out the cause of an illness. Excellence listening ability and I never feel rushed when I am with her. Wait time has always been minimal and I have never had to schedule a month away because she is so overbooked. Nice atmosphere in the office, staff is pleasant and calls are returned quickly, usually within 2 business days if I need prescription refills.

Dr. Alicia Jennings has been my doctor for several years now. Without question, she is the best doctor that I have ever had. She is a knowledgeable internist who truly cares about her patients. She is skilled at treating co-morbid conditions and coordinating care with other specialists. She is not a "pill pushing" doctor and first advocates lifestyle changes for optimum health before prescribing medicine. She truthfully answers questions, treats patients with respect, and follows through.

Alicia Jennings and her staff have been nothing but rude and very snobbish. My mom is a dialysis patient, and has heart conditions . Needless to say, my mom requires dedicated treatment and care. Alicia and her staff has gone out of their way to insult. They DO NOT RESPOND to messages, as we have called numerous of times to get her to REFER her for life threatening treatment and SHE HAS REFUSED OR JUST NOT CARED if you love your love one and care about

Dr. Jennings is most definitely a 5 star doctor! She is highly experienced, compassionate, and relatable. My mother has had several health issues over the past 2 years and the attention that Dr. Jennings has given her far exceeds any expectations I could have ever had. If you are looking for a PCP that you can put your trust in, Dr. Jennings is the one for you. You can tell that she is a doctor who truly LOVES what she does.
