Dr Steiner and her Team have the upmost respect for their patients! I showed up at their office requesting pain medication. Instead of prescribing pills they redirected me to other professionals who could correct the issue.I am forever grateful for their care and support! If you’d like to heal you should see them.

She lied and stopped seeing me because I asked her to change my dosage and pill count to a lower number so I don't have to take so .any pills. And she often would make an appointment to see her and be in the office and don't see me and tell her np to see me instead and I don't go there to see the np or the medical group. It's dr. Steiner the insurance is paying for me to see. And she set you up on the meds then turn around and put a label on you where no other dr. Can see you or prescribe anything to you. Make life difficult . When you actually have a condition that requires attention to pain and suffering. Forcing someone to do something they are not comfortable doing. I felt like I was being investigated the way her np was questioning me like the police. Then all her staff come quick to physically drag me out the office and give me a two week script for the meds she put me on and claim misuse. Who does that? Don't listen to patients or anything. Liar! Also refused me treatment. Smh.

Dr Steiner is so busy that she does not listen to you anymore. She used to provide time to care about her patients. Now she just comes in spends two minutes giving a shot and leaves. Orders written in the file never get submitted for X-rays or mri. But when you complain she does not listen to you and orders still do not get placed. I finally had enough and called her out on this today. She would not listen to me. She said I was being argumentative and said she was done being my dr. Imagine a dr who refuses to see you anymore because you question why they are not spending time listening to you or placing orders that they said they would place. Do NOT go to this doctor!!!

I’ve been in a series of car accidents and I’ve been a chronic pain patient for 15 years. My previous pain clinic closed suddenly and I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Steiner. The first appointment took a couple hours, but I utilized the massage table in the exam room to lay down and the medical assistant gave me some water. I received a tens unit, a ketolorac injection, trigger point injections, and a B12 injection. I am currently awaiting to be fit for a back and hip brace to keep me more aligned. I’m willing to do anything it takes to lessen my pain day-to-day. The second follow up appointment only took 30 minutes from start to finish. I had an issue with one of the medication she sent to the pharmacy. They said they didn’t receive it, but they received the four other prescriptions she sent. Dr. Steiner was able to fit me in at the end of her day and sent the prescription to a pharmacy that was able to deliver it the next day before I left for my trip. I really appreciated that.

Dr Steiner is an excellent doctor she is extremely knowledgeable and caring. I have been coming here for last fifteen years and I have received excellent care and support. Dr Steiner has always cared for her patients and has excellent staff.

I've been a patient of Dr Steiner's for around 13 years. She's an amazing doctor. She takes the time to listen and get to know you. She explains all your options so you can make an informed decision. I refuse to go anywhere else for my pain management.

The girls here are the nicest, I loved Dr. S. at first but now she just doesn’t even bother to listen to me, she lets me go with out my pain pills knowing I’m completely out for over a week on multiple occasions . She gives me all kinds of braces that I don’t need, half the time she doesn’t even know my issues. Don’t bother coming to her you’re just wasting your time. Frankly I think she’s just out to collect money seeing the way ppl come out with braces left and right, and doesn’t care about her patients at ALL!

She came in so fast I barely had a chance to get a word in. She has such a heavy accent it's difficult to understand her. I felt like it was pointless seeing her. It took 4 days for her to call in my refilll When she did she sent it to the wrong pharmacy a pharmacy she is in cohoots with.

I've been Dr Steiner's patient and Dr Glenn's patient for over 7 years and I've always had a pleasant experience the plan that they have for me over these past 7 years have helped me tremendously have somewhat of a normal life instead of living in complete pain and not being able to function so I appreciate them greatly their staff is wonderful they always make sure they take care of everything so everything runs smoothly so thanks to the staff Dr Steiner and Dr Glenn for all their hard work they're caring concern is much appreciated

Conveniently has telehealth to make it easier for my work schedule. She and her PA are great at listening and helping with the problem.

Her whole staff was very friendly, and very thorough. They were kind and offered me water. I felt very taken care of. The addressed all My wants and needs.

I've been with her 10 yrs, she helped me thru chronic pain after 4 Surgery's and Static nerves, trigger points.

I have a progressive and chronic disease that causes me chronic pain. Dr. S and her staff have always made me feel like my opinions in my care matter. You will not be disappointed with the care you receive for injuries and illnesses. They do very rigorous medical background so only serious individuals apply.

Both Dr. Steiner and Dr. Glenn are amazing physicians I would highly recommend.

She had a full X-ray of my back done to check any old and new issues. Performs certain procedures right in the office so you can leave with relief!
