Dr. Alina Justiz, MD

Was a patient for 2 years ask for her to sign a form and was denied and ask to find a new pain medication doctor. She refused costing me my job. Even though she prescribed the medication she didn’t want to take responsibility on paper that she does. I followed all the rules and jump the hoops to be let down. My excellent history with her meant nothing. She wouldn’t even come speak to me only her PA who you could tell didn’t agree with the decision. Very disappointed and would never recommend her to anyone that will ever need something from an outside source filled out. The PA was asked what we do to wean off medication he said get a new doctor or start tapering it yourself, she wasn’t even willing to help me get off the medication. Very disheartening.

Dr. Justiz and the staff are very helpful and always make sure you are taking the correct medications, it is amazing how they care about the patient.

Dr. Justiz is very professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable in her field. She was upfront about my treatment options so that I was aware of all the information necessary to make an informed decision.

I found Dr. Justiz to be very professional, very kind, and very knowledgeable about the pain I have been experiencing. I hope to continue with my treatment and have the best results.

I had a great experience with Dr. Justiz. I came here in pain and with plenty of herniated discs. He sat down and listened to all my complaints and was so patient and knowledgeable. On top of all that everyone was super helpful and made me feel at ease at the Dr's office. Thank you

I return to this clinic and I must say that the service is friendly, courteous and outstanding. Excellent people to talk to the nurse and especially the doctor, I never had any problems with them. I hope to have results of my treatment soon. And I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

Wonderful place to get pain treatment. Dr Justiz and Staff are all so pleasant, they make me feel comfortable and laid back when I'm there.

I have seen Dr. Justic since 2016 when I go in I ask about my balance was told I am not showing a balance.Never received a bill.They recently changed billing Co. for that reason I call finally got a bill to find grossly overcharges PA who claimed they spent 25 minutes with me the PA ask 3 to 4 questions are in the room maybe 2 minutes give you a scrip and they are out the door.Now if I dont pay 80% of what I owe on each visit I will not be seen it's a racket the new billing Co MedEffects will not return calls to see a PA is 173.00 to 392.49 really I have seen specialist for less.

Before even seeing her, they called and told me she would approve Steroid injections for my headaches from TBI. I told them I've tried that, they didn't work. I was basically told "Too bad, that's all she'll do." What doctor even thinks they can appropriately suggest a treatment plan before seeing you? What a joke. Save your time, don't bother even trying to see her.

I began pain management with Dr Alina Justiz at the end of 2014. She has saved my life! I've suffered with chronic pain for 20 years & she has given me relief to where I can function in my life again. Love her & her staff!

I have been her patient over 2 years now. She is very compassionate and thorough! She has helped me tremendously. I have referred several people to her and will continue to do so!!

I have been a patient of Dr Alina Justiz for over a year. In the last year I have only seen her once, I always see the PA - Dratch. She has never examined me, never tested any strength or movement. She just comes in half listens and then sends me back to the waiting room. I am in serious need of Dr.Justiz but I am ignored. I would leave but due to insurance and p.m. standards I can not look like I am dr shopping. Her office should be INVESTIGATED.

I wouldn't recommend this Dr. to anyone. She refused to take my history seriously and wanted me to achieve goals in a timeframe that was dangerous. She was a new Dr. for me in Oklahoma, and very unlike the Dr. I had in Colorado who was willing to work with me and my very real pain issues. She was unrelenting in her opinion, and I was forced to find yet another pain Dr. to help me through my issues which were entirely centered around weaning off of narcotics, a plan I had success with prior.

The doctor is nice. But don't get hopes up when you think your getting a procedure and the office doesn't get your paperwork approved. You get a call the day before you prearranged for a driver and work. This happened twice. Very upsetting that people in the office can't do their job!!!

She was very caring and took the time to explain details about my problem that I had not heard before. She also laid out a plan if the initial treatment doesn't work. She also took the time to fill out a part of my form I needed to get intermittent leave form work. Most physicians don't do that anymore.

To continue. Telling us the day of our appointment gave us no time to find another Dr. We have to go cold turkey before we can get in to see another Dr. I thought was really a diservice. I thought the very least they should have seen us that last day and then fire us so we would not run of the med. We really liked her and her staff..Too make us go cold turkey was cruel. She even had a test from my pimary dr less than month old that showed opiates. Good luck to her other Pts.
