The staff is amazing and Dr. Ruiz is the kind of pediatrician that every parent wants for their child. She is thorough and very professional, yet compassionate and totally relatable. I have been with her for many years and was able to see the difference last year when my children had another doctor. I would not trade Dr. Ruiz for anything! She is an amazing doctor!

Dr. Siblesz has been my pediatrician for my kids for over eight years. She is very caring and knowledgeable. When I take one child and, she always asks about the other. My kids never complain about having to go to the doctor because they really like her. She takes the time to listen to my and my kids' concerns. This office is always very clean and you rarely wait more than 10 minutes in the office to be seen. They also have privileges to Baptist Children's Hospital, Which is a plus!

The doctors are very good but they recently change front desk Staff. The new staff members they have are very unprofessional, have an attitude, you can feel to them is just a job, no passion at all for helping others which is so important and necessary to work in this medical field. As I waited in the waiting room the phones were ringing off the hook and two young ladies were talking instead of answering the phone. Not friendly at all
