Dr. Land has been very helpful through my mental health challenges. She doesn’t “pathologize” issues, but rather shows deep compassion and understanding. She is one of the absolute best!!

Dr. Land has been huge resource in helping me manage my OCD and anxiety. She provided me with strategies that made a real difference in my daily life. Her approach is compassionate and patient which made me feel supported and understood throughout the process. I've seen significant improvements and feel ready to handle anything that comes at me. You would be very fortunate if you can get in to see Dr. Land. She is caring, compassionate and above all, knows her meds! Extremely sharp! She is very direct, no foolin around. She’s not going to baby you, But Dr. Land will treat you and get you better. The rest is in your hands. Follow her protocol. I have much to thank her for.

I came dr Land as a young adult dealing with a horrific form of ocd. She was so understanding and caring. I even had a bad reaction to a medicine to treat my ocd but she was there to guide me through it until we found the right fit. I cannot recommend her enough. Over the course of my treatment, Dr. Land has expertly managed my medications - finding the right combination that has led me through a difficult period of my life to good, long and stable health. She is a great listener and very responsive to my personal needs. I highly recommend her care.

I have been seeing Dr. Alisa Land regularly for 12 years now. I don’t even know where to begin with a review because she’s become such a big part of my life. To think about where I started to now is difficult to explain because she’s made such a huge difference in my life. She is incredibly kind and empathetic but is also intuitive and guides you to understanding yourself and how you navigate your life. I suffer from severe depression and anxiety and have for many years. I have seen many therapists over the years but Alisa has truly stuck with me and has truly helped me grow and learn to cope with the challenges I have in my life. The fact that she practices both talk therapy and psychiatry for medication has been imperative. Finding the correct balance with medication has been challenging but with her incredible medical knowledge we have found our way. I honestly don’t know where I’d be if I hadn’t found her. I am still a work in progress but she has been a blessing to me.

Dr. land is an exceptional psychiatrist. She continues to manage my depression with great success. She is welcoming and her manor puts you completely at ease… and she attended Harvard Medical School .

If you are lucky enough to get in with Dr. Land don't hesitate. The landscape of mental health is a jungle and finding the right help is very, very difficult. Sadly - sometimes people simply don't make it because they don't have good doctors. I came very close myself. After years of trying to understand what was 'wrong with me' and how to treat it - I found Dr. Land. She has truly changed my life and my approach to treatment. She is a beacon of light in a very complicated world of mental health. I will forever be grateful to her.
