So far, as of 11/13/23 with my mother
She communicates with the family. I’m just glad they finally believed her about her swallowing problems. She has a blockage with Dr, Kalak OKonda, for some reason it’s not spelling his name right. But today they found out she had a blockage in her esophagus. I think Dr. Rust will acknowledge this. She is not faking it.I understand she is a new doctor to my mother, Rosetta, Lee, and nobody’s going to get it perfect the first time, thank you, and your team, for believing us .Diane Lykins

Doesn't act as a GP should
Telehealth
I believe I have a UTI.But all of a sudden I'm not in the system with t physician from the Highland Heights. I have been a patient at this practice for 26 years, first with Dr. Callaghan and then Dr. Tracy. He was my youngest son's obstetrician when my son was born 26 years ago.When Dr. Tracy went to teach, I was assigned to Dr. Rust. I could never get an appointment with her.Dr. Tracy and Dr. Callaghan were my family's doctors for 25 years. Neither would haveacted this office is working now. Office staff thinks it's job is to shield Dr Rust from helping sick people, even those who need an antibiotic.I told one of your desk people that I was switching to Dr. Kahn in March 2024 for this reason.It appears that person dropped me from your practice, as I no longer have an assigned doctor. You don't just drop someone without telling them.I nearly died from sepsis last December, caused by a UTI. I don't know what you people think a GP is for. It's not just to casually du

Best Doctor!
Dr. Rust is an exceptional physician. She recognizes the patient as the most important member of the health care team, and weighs your opinions and requests accordingly. She demonstrates empathy, genuine concern, and is an excellent listener. I have been to many, many physicians over the course of my life. Dr. Rust is far and away the most knowledgeable and results-oriented doctor I've ever met. She has removed me from a world of pain without resorting to the use of opioids. If you are lucky enough to become one of Dr. Rust's patients, you will never regret the decision to entrust her with your health.
