Phenomenal doctor!
Dr. Collins is a phenomenal and friendly laryngologist who has always taken time to address my concerns as a subglottic stenosis patient. I’m blessed to be on the “good” end of this disorder where I’ve only had 2 surgeries in 5 plus years . She has always promptly answered any questions I’ve had towards treatment or calmed me when my breathing feels off.

Horrible
Most uncaring doctor and has no compassion for her patients. I have never seen a doctor like her before. I believe she should find another profession that doesn’t care for people. Especially if you are elderly her demeanor is so offensive that you don’t feel comfortable discussing any health issues with her.

I have had 19 surgeons in my life. Everyone of them would stop by after surgery and let you know how things went. Not Dr Collins. I was left with a different intern every time which led to huge differences in treatment in medication and treatment. She is late for everything and does not ever update you as to when you might see here. She missed my follow up appointment to a surgery. Never showed up. Nada, zilch, nothing. There are much options available. Stay away from team.

Dr Collins is caring and compassionate, very thorough and informative. I will forever be grateful that I made an appointment with her and not someone else. After being misdiagnosed for the past several years she knew what was wrong, we scheduled surgery and I can breathe normally for the first time in years. Dr. Collins literally gave me my life back!
