I've been a long-time patient (30 years). Dr. Fox is always very thorough and efficient.

Doesn’t have up to date equipment and she billed us 4 times for the same visit! The office staff must be ridiculously incompetent!

Attempted to reschedule an appointment. Staff member answering the phone was very curt and I felt as though I was on a witness stand. I'm in the healthcare field and would terminate someone for speaking that way to a patient. I found another practice due to this. The way patients are spoken to and assisted is equally important to the care we receive.

My 13 year old daughter has been going to Dr. Fox as of December, 2020. Very efficient, was able to get my daughter's Eczema under control with lotions and creams suitable for what she was experiencing. I give her 5 stars. My problem is her front desk staff. Her last appointment was booked prior to our leaving the office, but on the day of we arrived and were told we did not have an appointment. So I'm just driving around and decided to stop by I guess?? Last Thursday, I was called to confirm her upcoming appointment, which I did, but received a call YESTERDAY saying they need an updated referral. Anyone having to deal with getting a referral knows the primary doctors ALWAYS ask for at least 24-48 hours notice. That front desk is so unprofessional and inconsiderate it is ridiculous.

Efficient and thorough!

I went to Dr Fox for the last few years for mole screening. I have spoken with her regarding a spot that I felt had gotten darker over time. She reassured me it was nothing every time we discussed. Only after I pushed her that I wanted it removed this time she provided the name for a surgeon to biopsy and remove. The spot ended up being confirmed as skin cancer and needed to be removed through Mohs surgery. Based on other feedback I’ve seen recently I question her ability to detect skin cancer.

She was very nice... but old and so was everything in the office. She should have done a more thorough job when checking my skin. She also didn't have the modern technology/knowledge to remove varicose veins, which every other dermatologist I have been to in the past has been able to do.

This is a doctor who is outdated and constantly seems to be in a hurry to get to her next overbooked appointment in the next room. She does not spend quality time listening to her patients, does not recall previous visits with the same patient, nor does she recall what medicine(s) she had prescribed her patient. She deferred us to another doctor because it seemed she did not want to treat the condition she was presented with. Poor bedside manner. Expect a very long wait time.

Moved to another Dermotologist who removed 15 questionable growths. 4 were old Squamish skin cancers involving.Mohs surgery. These should have been treated years ago. They weren't
