Excelent, as soon I explain Dr. Alvarez, she new what was the problem and sent me to have two blood test. With the blood test results on her office, Dr. Alvarez prescribe two medications and my head pain was gone the same day. I am still under her supervision. Thank you Dr. Alvarez.

Once I walked into the office I was called in within a timely fashion. However, once inside it was ridiculous I was taken in and out of a room twice because the staff doesn’t communicate amongst each other that there was someone ahead of me. Finally when I saw the Dr. the demeanor was not helpful, quite stand offish. Asked very basic questions, and told me she didn’t know what was going on. Suggested some further testing. Dr. did not even provide medication to help with symptoms I had to ask her to please provide me something for the pain and discomfort. Really bad seeing as she’s a Dr. Finally, when I went to pay they told me they didn’t accept CareCredit however, prior to my visit I asked 2x’s if they accepted CareCredit cards and they said yes. Had I known they didn’t I wouldn’t have gone to this practice. I believe they are telling you what you want to hear over the phone to lure you in and when you get there it’s a completely different story. I will not be returning and don’t rec
