Terrible Doctor
This woman was one of the worst Doctors I've ever been to. Look elsewhere. She does not care, and should not be practicing

I spoke with Dr. Baxter for 25 minutes when I was 19 years old. She then handed me a fistful of prescriptions, that could have and almost did, kill me. I would advise any one scheduled to see her to do your own research. If you do not want to be highly medicated or sedated, find another doctor. I would suggest finding a good psychologist instead, unless you are self harming. I spent 17 years on drugs that made me sicker. I finally took myself off 5 years ago and couldn't be healthier or happier.

I saw her at a time in my life when things could not have gotten worse. I could not get off the couch, gave up. She helped me get through it and I think she is a good and a good person. Very kind and patient Dr.
