Best Doctor and Team!
Dr. Mollabashy, Savannah, and Ashley have been a godsend. Referred by Dr. Mahmood, I was immensely grateful for their quick response and support. They arranged a same-day appointment and scheduled my emergency surgery for the following day. The team was thorough in explaining everything, handling paperwork, and setting up all necessary arrangements. They even called me multiple times the evening before surgery to make sure I was fully informed, which showed their dedication and care. Their pleasant and helpful demeanor made a world of difference. Though I met Dr. Mollabashy only right before the surgery, his confidence and detailed explanation reassured me. I felt calm and my vital signs were perfect, something unusual for me. The surgery was a success, and I appreciate Dr. Mollabashy’s expertise in correcting another surgeon’s work. I'm incredibly thankful to Dr. Mahmood, Ashley, and Savannah for going above and beyond. I now have a new doctor I trust and would recommend to anyone.

Best of the best
Dr. Mollabashy is not only an extraordinary surgeon; he embodies the essence of compassionate care, treating patients like cherished members of his own family. Renowned as the top practitioner in Texas, his expertise extends far beyond the operating room. When a massive AVM threatened to cripple my right thigh&abdomen, rendering my leg virtually useless, Dr. M was my beacon of hope. With a single call, he swiftly orchestrated my direct admission, and within days, skillfully excised the intricate tumor, allowing me to return home with newfound mobility and peace of mind. But behind every exceptional doctor stands an equally exceptional team. Ashley Kalvaitis, PA, and Kavita Patel, APRN, FNP, are the pillars of support who elevated my journey to recovery. Their unwavering dedication and professionalism reflect the highest standards of medical excellence. Dr. Mollabashy and his team are unparalleled in their field, setting the gold standard for surgical proficiency and patient care.

Great Doctor
Follow-up for a tumor discovered in an MRI for rotator cuff surgery with a different surgeon. He referred me to Dr. M. Came in and introduced himself as Al. Very down to earth, straight to the point, and concerned about my deductibles, insurance, and costs to me. Highly recommend!

Dr. Mollabashy has operated on me 4 times. He was able to tell me what was wrong in 5 min's when 16 other top Dr's were unable to. He is the Dr that other Dr's go to when they need work done.

I wish to thank Dr. Mollabashy, M.D., very much for the excelling compassion and care he and his team nurtured my mother with in the O.R. Dr. Mollabashy and his team proved their commitment to their patients' prosperity in healthcare. Each contact point had a very personal touch, showing amiable interest in his patient and myself. When a challenge presented in this case, I saw his team extend efforts for the best possible outcome. Dr. Mollabashy conveyed a yearning to fulfill the entire hope of his patient and a compassionate, poignant acknowledgement of constraints in this case. I wish to especially thank Doctor Mollabashy for his earnest fellow feeling demonstrated in the post-operative conversation. For him I have the highest regard and confidence having seen his distinctive mindfulness of a patient’s dignity. Thank you. Sincerely, C. Cosper

Dr. Mollabashy is a fantastic orthopedic surgeon. My daughter has fibrous dysplasia. Dr. Mollabashy diagnosed her when she was 6 and has been caring for her for the past 7 years. One time a partner had to see my daughter and he wanted to put a rod in her arm. Thankfully we got to see Dr. Mollabashy again. He explained that the bone would grow around the rod making it impossible for him to ever go in later and remove her tumors in the future. I'm so thankful to him. He told me that he makes his money off performing surgery, yet he's been treating my daughter for 7 years and hasn't recommended surgery yet. I really trust him to do what's best for my child. He's extremely knowledgeable about fibrous dysplasia and other bone tumors.

Outstanding orthodpedic surgeon whose skills are superb. He tackles the problem diagnostic issues that makes other orthopedic surgeons quake in their shoe covers. I had both knees replaced by him when i was rejected by a different surgeon due to my comorbidites of diabetes and obesity which placed me at high risk. He utilizes physician assistants for follow up care in the hospital and post op because of the expertise he provides to so many patients. This man gave me back my life.

Dr. Al is a skilled and excellent surgeon. His ability to quickly assess a case and move into positive action for repair Andy healing is without compared. My husband's routine knee replacement quickly became a textbook nightmare. Four weeks after the original surgery and one surgery to clean the infection we were sentence to Dr. Al. Within 10 minutes we had a direction and strategy to help save his knee. During the entire ordeal he was clear, factual and direct. Thank you Dr.Al!

Dr. Mollabashy and his staff are friendly, courteous and professional. I have been to his office many times and he replaced my hip in August, 2016. My operation called for his expertise in difficult cases - my hip was "totally destroyed" and I now can walk with NO pain! I am about to have him replace my knee and can't wait because I know the result will be just as wonderful. Dr. Mollabashy really cares for his patients and takes time to answer questions, is encouraging, and so very competent!

Dr. Mollabashy is amazing! From the first appointment to continued follow up the care and knowledge are outstanding. He did what 3 others said could not be done, removed a tumor on my pelvis without removing the whole iliac wing and putting in a plate. He said that he was sure I would recover fine, have some limitations but in my case they would be minimal. He was absolutely correct. Can't thank him enough for his great care. Level of trust in provider's decision, 5 stars is not high enough

We had a great experience with Dr. Mollabashy and his staff for my son's procedure. Once we met him, we found him to be very professional, caring, and with great sense of humor to put us in ease prior to procedure. He completely explained to us the plan from pre surgery to recovery. As I had done my own research and asked from medical community for recommendation- our experience is a testament that " He is the best in his field and he is the Surgeon's surgeon"

AWESOME!!!! He is the BEST orthopedic surgeon. I had to have a total knee replacement surgery/complete revision in order to replace a failed total knee replacement that I got from another surgeon 9 months prior. Dr. Mollabashy was very thorough in looking into the current situation with the failed knee, as well as looking into my medical history of autoimmune disorder. Dr. Mollabashy is attentive, kind, vigilant and truly concerned about my overall well-being. Thank God for Dr. Mollabashy!!!
