Doctor’s practice does not answer their night line. I have tried, more than one occasion, calling just for the business to leave me hanging on for dear life with that shrill ring every few seconds. No answer. They either “forget” to open their night line or they want nothing to do with at all. I am changing my children’s pediatrician due to the fact, however, I feel obliged to leave my input. A great pediatrician has to lose his number one patient(s), the children, because of something so poorly managed. You know what? If he does not care about this review then that says bona-fide amount of how he really cares about the children in the Edinburg area.

My son has been a patient for 15 years now , Dr Mercado is so patient has always taken time with us to fully explain illness, exams , prescriptions and immunizations .
