I have been Dr. Plumser's patient for over 20 years. He is the best, very caring and always listen to your concerns. Dr. Plumser is also very thorough when performing endoscopy and colonoscopy. Dr. Plumser always return calls. His staff is also very helpful.

Not worth it
He seems like a caring, compassionate Dr but he has no time management skills. I saw him in Sept and still have no results, a month later. And his staff is not worth dealing with. Katie is professional, kind and helpful but I found Lucy to be bizarrely nasty every time I had to deal with her. If his inability to organize his time was not enough to make me go elsewhere, her attitude sealed the deal. Definitely not worth the hassle.

Kind and listens
Took his his time to listen to my symptoms and asked the right questions to help find the best remedy. His staff was also very accommodating and patient. His office staff did not resemble the bad reviews I read. Very pleased.

I was looking for a new Gastroenterologist after an unpleasant experience with another MD. I was referred to Dr Plumser by a friend and have to say I am very impressed. He is kind, patient, very willing to listen to my medical issues. I have been a patient now for over a year and I am very impressed and would highly recommend him.

After having a colonoscopy performed, Dr. Plumser just said that I have spasms and to eat more fiber. I told him that I eat a lot of fiber. He obviously didn’t believe me. He was rude and dismissive. He offered no more help with my condition. I don’t think that is helpful to ANY patient.

Dr. Plumser to a decent amount of time to go over my son's health issues. He asked a lot of questions to try to focus on what exactly the problem was. Dr. Plumser did not dismiss my son's complaints.

dr plumser and his staff are the most rudest sneaky hidden charges and fees health care people i have ever encountered and recommend anyone looking for an gastroenterologist to look elsewhere as he is incapable of being truthful about your health
