Dr Rubin has lots of experiences but to access him is impossible Mary the nurse makes it impossible call you with a 4:30 appointment drive 45 minutes to make it once arrived she said the doctor is close for the day because the appointment was for 3:45 She doesn’t answer her phone call If you have the whole day free you can deal with her

Due to the unbelievable office staff, I Will not return. It is unfortunate because I had no issues with the provider. I have been waiting 6 months now for my records.
